It may have been early to pull them, but they sure were tasty (cleaned up and cooked, of course!). We're going to let the others go a bit longer, but it's hard to wait. It's a process, I know, and so far Neel's test garden has been a delight. We're battling squirrles and sometimes birds, but everyday there's something new to see. Those are the kinds of works-in-progress I like.
