We had storms galore all around us yesterday. At one point we were under any kind of warning you could imagine: tornado, flood, severe thunderstorm. You name it. So of course I got a headache. I made it about half-way through my to-do list before giving up, and about 20 minutes after I hit the sofa, Callum came downstairs with his own headache.
Hoping this isn't a harbinger of summer (we do love our thunderstorms, but geesh). Today is bright and crystal clear; the kind of gorgeous that seems to follow a storm. Still, today I have to play some catch-up, and I'm working the polls for my good friend Evans who is running for a city office here in our hometown. I couldn't be prouder of him. What a calling, right? I'll be back tomorrow, breather over.
