I know, I know, two food posts in a row.  My apologies.  But seriously.  If you'd had this for dinner, you'd write about it too.  The sauce was so good that I'm not sure I even made it myself.  Shrimp chilaquiles with salsa verde.  page 179.  Go get the book.
